GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE.

The commercial relations between the "Valli dal 1860 S.r.l." Company and customers are ruled by the following general conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement, unless agreed previously.

1 - SALE PRICES AND RULES 'OF PURCHASE.

The sale prices indicated within the site are always expressed in euro and inclusive of VAT.
The cost of shipping will be disclosed to the customer before the confirmation.
The customer can pay for the goods ordered using the payment methods indicated "On Line" with their purchase.

2. PLACE DATA PROCESSING
Data processing related to the Web services of this site take place at:

No data derived from web services will be communicated or disclosed.
The personal data  provided by users who request dispatch of informative material (Inquiries, quotes, contacts in general, etc.)  are used only to perform the service requested and are communicated to third parties only if where this is necessary (eg. products dealer)

3. DELIVERY
"Valli dal 1860 S.r.l."  will deliver to customers, at the address specified by the customer, the products selected and ordered, in the manner prescribed by the preceding article, by courier.

4. OPTIONAL 'OF PROVIDING DATA
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms indicated in the Contact section to urge the sending of informative material or other communications.
Their absence can make it impossible to fulfill the request.
It must be remembered that in some cases (not the ordinary management of this site) the Authority may request information under art.157 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003 in order to control the processing of personal data. In these cases reply is compulsory under penalty of a fine.

5. PLACING ORDERS
purchase online will be as follows:

• The customer can freely view the products offered on  sale by "Valli dal 1860 S.r.l.";
• Every product is provided with the description card;
• The customer can select products of his interest and add them into the basket;
• Once you have chosen, the customer can proceed with the checkout and indicate, in that case, the kind of payment chosen;
• Subsequently, the customer will be required to confirm the dispatch of the order.

 6. RIGHTS OF PARTIES
Those whose personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain the confirm of existence or less of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 ).
Pursuant to this Article shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
